All New Weapon & Armor Perks

House of Wolves has introduced many new perks for Legendary items, both for the Tower vendor weapons and also for Prison of Elders endgame gear.

This article will list each new perk for the new Legendary weapons. Keep in mind that you’ll be able to obtain these perks when Reforging.

Legendary Weapon Perks

The following new perks have a chance at rolling on each of the following weapon classes. Click the dropdown to expand each weapon category.

The new HoW weapons are also listed. Check their database page for each of the potential perks.

Auto Rifles

  • Cascade, Feeding Frenzy, Grenadier, Reactive Reload, Spray and Play and Fitted Stock were removed from HoW Auto Rifles.
  • Auto Rifles can now roll with Focused Fire, Extended Mag, Hand-Laid Stock and Speed Reload.
  • Outlaw, Armor Piercing Rounds, Flared Magwell and Quickdraw are now available on Auto Rifles after they were removed for TDB weapons.
  • Crowd Control is now a Tier 1 perk and Counterbalance and Persistence are now Tier 3 perks.
  • TrueSight IS and SteadyHand IS were replaced by FastDraw IS and Red Dot-OES.

Hand Cannons

  • Clown Cartridge, Crowd Control, Feeding Frenzy, Mulligan, Performence Bonus, Rangefinder, Return to Sender, Third Eye, Who’s Next? and Single Point Sling were removed from HoW Hand Cannons.
  • Hand Cannons can now roll with Extended Mag and Speed Reload.
  • Lightweight is now available on Hand Cannons after it was removed for TDB weapons.
  • Final Round in now a Tier 1 perk and Hip Fire a Tier 3 perk. The perk combination Final Round and Luck in the Chamber is now possible.

Pulse Rifles

  • Full Auto, Grenadier and Fitted Stock were removed from HoW Pulse Rifles.
  • Pulse Rifles can now roll with Outlaw, Rodeo, Armor Piercing Rounds and Quickdraw.
  • Hip Fire, Lightweight and Skip Rounds are now available after they were removed for TDB weapons.
  • Third Eye is now a Tier 1 perk and Headseeker, Secret Round and Rangefinder are now Tier 3 perks.
  • Quickdraw IS was replaced by Sureshot IS.

Scout Rifles

  • Final Round, Grenadier, Mulligan, Rangefinder Who’s Next? and Flared Magwell were removed from HoW Scout Rifles.
  • Scout Rifles can now roll with Crowd Control, Full Auto, Spray and Play and Quickdraw.
  • Lightweight is now available on Scout Rifles after it was removed for TDB weapons.
  • Outlaw is now a Tier 3 perk, which means that the Outlaw and Firefly combination is no longer possible.
  • TrueSight IS was replaced by FastDraw IS.

Fusion Rifles

  • Double Down, Performance Bonus and Vacuum, Armor Piercing Rounds and Flared Magwell were removed from HoW Fusion Rifles.
  • Fusion Rifles can now roll with Unflinching, High Caliber Rounds and Snapshot.
  • Skip Rounds is now available on Fusion Rifles after it was removed for TDB weapons.
  • Cascade and Feeding Frenzy are now Tier 1 perks and Rangefinder is now a Tier 3 perk.

Shotguns

  • Feeding Frenzy, Return to Sender, Spray and Play and Who’s Next? were removed from HoW Shotguns.
  • Shotguns can now roll with Rodeo, Fitted Stock and Speed Reload.
  • All former Tier 1 perks were moved to Tier 3 and all former Tier 3 perks were moved to Tier 1.

Sniper Rifles

  • Double Down, Final Round, Firefly and Take a Knee were removed from HoW Sniper Rifles.
  • Sniper Rifles can now roll with Shoot to Loot, Flared Magwell, Quickdraw, Single Point Sling and Speed Reload.
  • Clown Cartridge, Mulligan and Outlaw are now Tier 1 perks and Performance Bonus, Surplus and Unflinching are now Tier 3 perks.

Machine Guns

  • Reactive Reload, Take a Knee, Who’s Next? and Flared Magwell were removed from HoW Machine Guns.
  • Machine Guns can now roll with Armor Piercing Rounds.
  • Surplus perk is now a Tier 1 perk and Rodeo and Persistence are now Tier 3 perks.

Rocket Launchers

  • Mulligan, Third Eye and Unflinching were removed from HoW Rocket Launchers.
  • Rocket Launchers can now roll with Speed Reload.
  • Spray and Play and Grenadier are now Tier 1 perks. Cluster Bomb, Grenades and Horseshoes, Tracking and Surplus are now Tier 3 perks. Getting Tripod in combination with Grenades and Horseshoes, Tracking or Cluster Bomb is now possible.
